What makes the Reventón so special one might ask, it is just a rebodied Murciélago LP640 you might think, but you couldn't be more wrong. I must admit that
on paper the specs don't look too impressive, but once you take a Reventón on the road things start to look totally different.
The 20 cars that would be built were sold out even before the final production version was shown in Frankfurt, so what remains for those with less deep pockets than
the 20 buyers ?
A scale model ! For one it's less expensive, and second, it's available in larger numbers.
There have been a few 1/43rd scale models from the better known companies available, but as usual these are demanding a steep price, however recently the well known
Bburago released their model of the stunning Reventón in a large 1/18 scale and the smaller 1/24 scale, the one depicted on these pages is the larger 1/18 model.
